This referral scheme offers an opportunity to earn attractive rewards by referring your friends, family members, or colleagues to join SofTech Education’s programs.

Your participation in this referral program confirms that you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned below. If you do not agree, we request you to refrain from participating in the Refer and Earn Program.

Terms & Conditions

This referral policy applies to every user participating in the SofTech Education Referral Program. By referring someone or enrolling through someone’s referral, you agree to abide by this policy along with the general Terms & Conditions of SofTech Education available on our website.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate the Refer and Earn Program at any time without prior notice.

Definitions

1. Paid Referrer: A student who has paid the booking amount for any program at SofTech Education and refers someone to our institute.
2. Non-paid Referrer: A user who has not yet paid the booking amount for a program but still refers a potential candidate.
3. Referrer: This term covers both Paid and Non-paid Referrers.
4. Friend / Referee: The individual referred by the Referrer who is willing to enroll in SofTech Education programs.
5. Referral Form: A document that must be submitted by the Referrer providing all required details of the Friend.
6. Reward: The benefit earned by the Referrer or the Referee, which may include cash rewards, vouchers, or fee waivers.

Eligibility Criteria

1. The Referrer can be any existing SofTech Education student, alumni, or even a visitor who refers a Friend to join our programs.
2. The Referee (referred Friend) must pay a minimum of 50% of their total course fees before the Referrer becomes eligible for the reward.
3. Referral rewards are applicable only when the Friend’s enrollment is confirmed and validated by our admission team.
4. Existing students or alumni who join a new program themselves are also eligible for referral rewards as per this policy.

Referral Process and Conditions

• The Referrer must fill out the Referral Form with accurate and complete information about the Friend before their admission is completed.
• Once the Friend enrolls and completes 50% of the fee payment, the reward process will be initiated.
• Referral rewards can be split between the Referrer and the Referee if mutually agreed upon. The Referee may also opt to transfer their reward as a discount on the Friend’s course fees.
• Rewards may vary depending on the program for which the Friend enrolls.

Group Admission Benefits

We encourage group enrollments and offer additional benefits for collective admissions:

1. For a group admission of 3 to 5 candidates, an extra 5% discount will be applied to each individual's course fee.
2. For groups larger than 5 candidates, an extra 10% discount will be provided on individual course fees.

Visitors & Non-students Eligibility

Visitors who are not existing students of SofTech Education can also participate in our Refer and Earn Program. They can earn special cash vouchers once their referred Friend completes 50% of the course fee payment and submits the required documents.

Value & Disbursement of Rewards

1. The exact value of the reward is dependent on the program selected by the Referee.
2. Rewards can be provided in the form of fee waivers, vouchers, or direct cash transfers (subject to completion of the necessary documentation).
3. If the reward is offered as a cash payout, the transfer will be processed within 7 banking days after the required bank details and documentation are submitted.

Referee Rewards

1. The Referee (Friend) may also receive benefits in the form of fee waivers on the course they enroll in. The waiver is usually applied to the remaining balance after the block payment is made.
2. These rewards cannot be combined with any other scholarships, discounts, or fee waivers unless specified.

Important Notes

1. Referral benefits cannot be clubbed with any existing offers, scholarships, or fee waivers unless mentioned by SofTech Education.
2. If the Referrer has used any external marketing channels or third-party platforms, verification will be conducted to ensure eligibility for rewards.
3. If any adverse action or misrepresentation is found from the Referrer or Referee’s side, SofTech Education reserves the right to disqualify them from the program.
4. SofTech Education may use the data and testimonials of Referrers and Referees for promotional purposes, maintaining privacy as per our Privacy Policy.
