Terms and Conditions of Our 100% Job Guarantee Program

SofTech Education’s 100% Job Guarantee is designed to support your career transition. Please read the following terms carefully to understand your responsibilities and our commitment.

  1. Eligibility for Job Guarantee:

    1. This program ensures job placement within 180 days (6 months) after successful completion of the course and receipt of your certification.
    2. If not placed within this period, SofTech Education promises a full course fee refund, excluding applicable taxes and external certification fees.

  2. Successful Course Completion Requirements:

    1. A minimum score of 75% in the final exam is mandatory.
    2. Course completion includes meeting attendance requirements, finishing all assignments and projects, and performing in mock interviews.
    3. All course fees must be paid in full, and the program must be completed within 365 days (12 months) from the enrollment date.

  3. Job Application Process:

    1. After completing the course, students are expected to actively apply for job opportunities shared by SofTech Education.
    2. If a student fails to apply for job roles within 30 days, they must provide a valid reason via email at contact@softechedu.com.
    3. Failure to communicate within the given timeframe will lead to disqualification from the Job Guarantee Program.

  4. Job Interviews and Participation:

    1. If a student is shortlisted for interviews arranged by SofTech Education and does not attend without prior notice, they risk losing the placement guarantee.
    2. Students must inform the team via email if they cannot attend interviews for legitimate reasons.

  5. Post-Placement Terms:

    1. Once a student accepts a job offer, the 100% Job Guarantee will no longer be valid, even if the job was secured independently.
    2. SofTech Education is not responsible for salary negotiations. Pay packages depend on the candidate’s skills, knowledge, and performance during the interview.

  6. Employment Continuity:

    1. SofTech Education assists in providing the first job placement.
    2. Continuing in the job depends solely on the candidate’s agreement with the employer. We are not responsible for termination or resignation after placement.

  7. Marketing and Promotions:

    1. SofTech Education reserves the right to use a student’s placement data, testimonials, and success stories in promotional materials (print and digital).

  8. Exclusions from the Job Guarantee Program:

    1. The guarantee is not valid for candidates involved in adverse remarks or negative publicity against SofTech Education.
    2. Only candidates who have completed their graduation or equivalent degree are eligible. Final-year students can avail of the guarantee only after graduating.
    3. The program does not apply to candidates with physical or mental health conditions that prevent them from performing job duties.
    4. Cases of misrepresentation, fraud, or submission of false documents will immediately disqualify a candidate from the Job Guarantee Program.
